CLIPP LASER CENTER – PARIS: DEONTOLOGY

All our medical technologies beneficiate from the CE medical mark as well as the FDA agreement. We pay an unwavering attention to these precise indications. For example, the case of a technique where only certain well defined body regions can be treated: we would only recommend the patient to treat these specific areas. If other subsequent certified medical studies obtain the FDA and CE medical marks, then and only then, we would be able to extend treatment possibilities for the patient. No certified medical agreement, no treatment!

All our medical procedures are performed by our physicians, Dermatologists for most of them. This concerns all of our Lasers and Medical devices. The one and only exception concerns Exilis: The Doctor gives all the indications to a certified medical assistant that performs the treatment, always with a doctor on site.

All our doctors (most of them being dermatologists, aesthetic Doctors with an academic degree in the use of Lasers, and certified plastic surgeons) had specific trainings for each medical technique they may use at the CLIPP – Paris.

Moreover, complementary trainings and courses a regularly proposed within our Laser Centre (about twice every months). Hosted by doctor/professor Jean-Michel Mazer, Medical Director at the CLIPP – Paris, Dermatologist and specialist in the use of lasers since more than 25 years, founding member of the French Society Laser Group for Dermatology (responsible for the teaching of laser techniques in France), being also a professor in three different academic degrees for lasers.

It’s the law and it’s important as well! Indeed, it allows the doctor to give an accurate indication and propose the most efficient treatment alternatives to our patients. It’s also necessary to give the patient both a precise number and the « rhythm » of treatment sessions, the specific follow-ups and post-therapy precautions, the price of each treatment session…

During this consultation, the patient should ask any questions regarding the treatment, in order to be perfectly aware of precautions, and get the expected medical pieces of information.

A precise medical estimate will be given to the patient, as well as an information sheet.

We take responsibility on the fact that our medical consultations justify a 70€ fee, as we do not want to be involved in « business strategies » (we are doctors!) such as "free first consultations"

We speak of substantial medical acts, given by high skilled physicians that build everyday our reputation in the field of laser dermatology in France.

Our physicians are regularly empowered on the importance of respecting the schedules, either it concerns medical consultations or treatments.

Your time is precious, and our doctors know it, for the simple fact that they are also concerned in their everyday life:  Please note that close to 90% of our delays are eventually due to late patients or non-cancelled appointments.

We are genuinely sensitive to be on time for scheduled appointments.

When you are given a treatment at the CLIPP – Paris, you are always welcome for advices or any questions or concerns you may have. Our doctors are available from Monday to Saturday, you can either reach them directly or give us a call so that we can report your request to the concerned physician.

Most of our doctors speak different language: French, Spanish, English, German, Finnish, Italian, Arab in order to satisfy our international patients with a common factor: all of our patients beneficiate from the same medical care and particular attentions.
