THE SCULPSURE® LASER AT THE CLIPP - Paris -

The SculpSure® hyper-thermic laser induces a process of natural elimination, without necrosis, of localised fat deposits.

It is dedicated to anyone looking for a way to reduce persistent, diet -or exercise- resistant fat deposits. The SculpSure® Laser allows -with a single 25 min treatment session- a natural and progressive elimination of fat cells with no surgery, in a safe environment. This natural destruction comes with absolutely no impact on the level of lipid in the blood.

The SculpSure® laser induces, in a similar way to the Coolsculpting Cryolipolysis, an apoptosis response of adipocytes (fat cells) which are submitted to a thermal exposure induced by the 1060nm Laser.

SculpSure® technology doesn’t purport to replace a Lipo-succion medical act, but it’s proven efficiency on -typically hard to treat- localized fat deposits makes it a viable and efficient non-invasive alternative.

No cellular necrosis, no notable post-inflammatory reactions… The ScupSure® medical procedure is safe and, as we noticed with the Coolsculpting Cryolipolysis device, the organism’s capacity to recreate adipocytes is very low. Therefore, we can reasonably consider constant and durable results with this treatment.

Prior to receiving a SculpSure® treatment session, a medical consultation with one of our physicians is necessary to determine a cohesive, clear and realistic treatment protocol (definition of the number of zones to treat with SculpSure®, with also a clear medical estimate etc…). The same Doctors will do the treatments (they place the applicators on the body zones to be treated), and then only, the 25 minutes SculpSure® treatment begins.

At the CLIPP - Paris - a single SculpSure® Laser session lasts about 25 minutes; in fact, it’s more around 30 to 45 minutes, because of the applicators that need to be placed on the exact zones that will receive the Laser. Several zones can be treated at the same time, thanks to 4 different applicators. The patient remains comfortably seated during SculpSure® treatment, and enjoys a drink or reading a book. We’ve even had some patients working!

SculpSure® uses a cooling system that allows the first layers of the skin to be « protected » from intense heat and thus to make the treatment more comfortable and less painful. During the treatment session, the patient might feel an insistent heat that can seem unpleasant: the cooling response can be immediately adapted in order to increase the cooling on the surface layers of the skin, inducing a reduced sensation of heat with no impact on the treatment effectiveness. When the patient feels these peaks of deeper warmth, it’s actually a good sign that SculpSure® is effectively targeting the “Fat destruction zone”.

SculpSure® treatment comes with no anesthesia and no downtime. Our patients generally go back to work after the treatment; some of them simply feel a minor discomfort on the treated areas that can be drastically reduced with simple painkillers. There are no post-treatment physical restrictions, the patient may resume activity or exercise as tolerated.

SculpSure® technology eradicates fat cells thanks to an apoptosis phenomenon (a natural and programmed destruction of fat cells induced by a cold (just as the CoolSculpting Cryolipolysis do) or heat exposure (with the SculpSure®).

The results linked to the progressive elimination of adipocytes (which are subjected to a thermal apoptosis phenomenon) are spread over a 3 months period.

Unlike a diet plan, when fat cells are “emptied” and not destroyed (which may often lead to a “yo-yo effect”) adypocytes-lypolysis medical devices -such as the Cryolipolysis Coolsculpting, the Liposonix or the SculpSure® Laser- induce a destruction. And so far, Medical Studies demonstrated that annihilated cells cannot regenerate. SculpSure® Laser allows to treat very localized zones, resisting to sports and diets. If the patient maintains good health practices, the body will not regenerate fat cells on treated areas.

SculpSure® beneficiates from both CE Marking and FDA approval, which implies numerous prior medical studies which are very controlled (as much from the point of the treatment hazards, but also concerning its effectiveness).
